Lawyer Do Khanh Linh is the Director of LTV Law, with over 10 years of experience in intellectual property and corporate law. She graduated from Hanoi Law University, completed the lawyer training course at the Judicial Academy of Vietnam, and is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association.
Throughout her career, she has directly represented clients in searching, filing and prosecuting applications for trademarks, industrial designs, patents and copyright before the Intellectual Property Office and the Copyright Office of Vietnam, while advising on strategies to establish, maintain and enforce IP rights.
Beyond intellectual property, she regularly advises businesses on internal governance, contracts and legal compliance, accompanying many domestic and international companies through their different stages of growth.
