About Us
LTV Law was originally established as Lita Law Co., Ltd on 25 April 2014 by 2 founding members who shared one belief: Vietnamese businesses deserve access to legal services that are professional, transparent, and genuinely effective. On 13 January 2025, the company was officially renamed LTV Law Services Co., Ltd.
Starting out in intellectual property, we gradually expanded into corporate advisory, foreign investment, and commercial litigation — building specialized teams for each practice area rather than spreading ourselves thin.
Today, the firm has grown to more than 20 lawyers, completed over 10,000 cases and served 6,000 businesses from startups to large corporations, from Vietnamese enterprises to FDI companies. Many clients continue to work with us on their new legal needs.
